All workshops payment shall be paid in full before commence.

No full refund unless there is a cancellation of our workshop from us.

All workshops sold are non-refundable given in any circumstances except cancellation. You can reschedule with us or get someone to attend on your behalf.

If you are sending a person to attend on your behalf, he/she could just let us know on who’s behalf when attending our Workshop. No need to inform us on the amendment.

All products sold are non-refundable. And we do not take returns or exchanges.

You are allowed to cancel a purchase within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

If there are any items which are damaged that is caused by the courier, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace you with a new set.

If there are any items which are defected or damaged that we overlooked and sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace you with a new set.
